The e-Consensus Forum® has been developed to allow the average person to engage in significant dialogue about how our society will apply the benefits of the Information Age. Unlike a chat room or bulletin board system, the forum's tools are applied through a strategic process that alternates between open ended input and voting to establish which ideas are most important. The attributes of the forum promise a dynamic outcome to whichever subject comes into dialogue. TCR offers four types of e-Consensus Forums®: . Implementation- Participation limited to Members and/or subject groups Private- Always restricted to the contracting organization Research- Participants are pre-selected for participation; Sponsored- These open forums are open to Members of the participating organizations You may view those forums that are either underway or which are about to begin in the next 60 days by clicking on the Select a Forum item on the menu bar. You are are encouraged to Suggest a Forum topic and if deemed consistent with the Forum's purposes, it will be scheduled. Whenever twenty-five people are registered for a specific forum, TCR will send an email to all those registered and the forum will begin.. You may View the Archives to review past forums. For workshop activities TCR's on-site system can be used. For advanced forums the on-site system is used to support the Stakeholder sessions and the Telework Deployment Program's Policy Review and Development Process.
