Tele-Commuter Resources, Inc. Once the implementation is underway it is important that you continue to monitor its progress both internally and externally. The GANTT charting process automatically keeps everyone apprised of the deployment's progress but you also must evaluate the ongoing performance of the deployment. The MRP has been defined to help you determine if:

- Are you on target with your productivity goals?
  - Is your space conversion keeping up with the deployment?
    - Has IT implemented all of the support services?
    - Are your financial goals being achieved?
      - Are new concepts being introduced to enhance the deployment's
              operational effectiveness?
        - Are the telework configurations properly established?
          - Has the organization's operational tempo created the need for a
change in the plan's direction or pace?

MONITOR- Once the implementation plan is underway, the TDP provides departmental reporting procedures so that the Deployment Team can monitor the plan's effectiveness by comparing it's performance in terms of Actual vs. Plan.

REFINEMENT- If the employer subscribes to the TDP Maintenance Program, they will be able to make inquiries against the TDP Inquiry Data Base via the Competitive Intelligence page. By comparing your deployment patterns to others with a similar business profile, you will better understand the degree to which your organizations has adopted the applicable "best practices".
