The TAPP Report not only profiles your potential telework- work force, it also identifies those political, technical and other barriers within your organization that restrict the number of teleworkers from being even larger. We expect that a careful review of the TAPP Report's findings will convince you to acquire the TDP Software (see TDP-The Plan / Pricing Agreement so that you can incorporate your own operational data into the model rather than the industry standards used by TAPP. You will also want to selectively review mitigation options to remove the barriers that restrict your telework deployment options and then re-run the TAPP report to document your maximum deployment potential. How much of that potential is captured and how quickly you complete your deployment is considered in Phase III Scenario Assessment Model and Phase IV Policy Review and Development.

Although the smallest of the TDP's six phases, the Investment Assessment Phase provides the context for all subsequent phases by helping your decide which investments should be made to achieve the optimum deployment environment. Specifically, it answers the questions:
- Are there cost-effective investments that can mitigate your barriers?
- How many more teleworkers could you deploy if you made those investments?
The
Change in TeleWork Potential Report provides a before-and-after view of your deployment potential and defines the final telework profile upon which SAM (Phase III-Scenario Assessment Modeling) will build its scenarios.
