TAPP, the Telework Assessment and Profile Process, has been developed to provide a tool to quickly and inexpensively (time and money) profile the telework potential of your workforce and to calculate the impact that a strategic deployment would have on your bottom-line.
TCR recognizes that most organizations incur the expense of supporting telework as a work-family program or they resist it from a more emotional perspective. Upper management rarely visits the question. As the economy begins to rebound, it is critical that employers explore telework as a manner of expanding the work force without incurring the long term fixed costs of brick and mortar that they have just squeezed out of their budgets. It is time to begin to understand the logic of telework, a logic that exists at many levels:

TAPP is an on-line service that offers a variety of unique features and benefits. Its fundamental purpose is to quantify the scope and scale of your potential telework program so that management can define the role of telework within the organization and set appropriate goals for its implementation. TAPP is the first of the Telework Deployment Program's (TDP) six phases. The TDP is designed to support your telework plan development from the initial assessment (TAPP) through to implementation and monitoring. The process is as easy as 1-2-3.
